Another Review: Christmas Morning

I had to split my Christmas post since Christmas Eve alone was getting pretty lengthy...  I'm sure you were all in suspense about how our Christmas went!

Needless to say, I was super excited to share the magic of Christmas with my little guy!  Even though he didn't understand what was going on, it was amazing to see him stare at the lights twinkling on the tree, scratch at the colorful paper wrapping each gift, and squeal in delight at each new discovery.  I loved every minute, knowing that it'll only get better as he gets older!

We gave up on taking pictures pretty early on, discovering that it would just take too long...especially since we had to take frequent breaks to change diapers or let Bunkey relax before getting totally overwhelmed!

Lucky for us, Little Man slept in quite late (for him), giving me plenty of time to get breakfast in the oven and a last-minute check to make sure everything was in place!  Rather than eating between stockings and the under-the-tree gifts, as is the norm at our house, we had breakfast first, knowing that Bunkey wasn't going to wait that long for his bottle and oatmeal (check out what else he's eating on my food blog!).  So we ate, then did stockings, then a small break, and then the wrapped gifts...  Then we relaxed, well, Hubs and Bunkey did...  I tidied the house and finished some other chores, to include a last-minute trip to the grocery to get a few extras since we had unexpected dinner guests coming!  Dinner was a hit, and we all hit the sack happy and content!

Sitting on the stairs and waiting to see what Santa brought!

Daddy...is that for me?!?!
