I hope all you mommies have had a wonderful day today! My family began our celebration last night at my house. After watching the Derby, we changed gears for a Jimmy Buffet night! Hubs grilled up some cheeseburgers, I whipped up some margaritas (even though I didn't get to drink any!), and we also had some yummy sweet potato fries and key lime pie!! Today we all went to Mass together and then joined my Nana for brunch in the dining room at her Assisted Living facility...mmm, omelets made to order!
